As per sources of Filmfare, Govinda’s son Yashvardhan Ahuja will make his acting debut alongside the late Irrfan Khan’s son Babil Khan. The sources said, “Yashvardhan’s debut film is shaping up well. But there’s another key role in the movie, where the makers wanted a more established face. Since Babil has proved his acting pedigree with projects like Qala and The Railway Men, he was brought on the project to add the required dramatic depth.”

Two new faces – Yashvardhan Ahuja and Babil Khan, squaring off in a dramatic film is an exciting proposition for movie buffs. The romantic film is reportedly being directed by Sai Rajesh who has directed Telugu hits like Baby, Hrudaya Kaleyam and Colour Photo.

According to insiders who spoke to Pinkvilla, Yashvardhan is set to enter the Hindi film industry. He will be debuting under the direction of National Award-winning filmmaker Sai Rajesh. As reported a unique love story promising to stand out will be released. “The untitled film will showcase the second generation of Govinda’s legacy. Yashvardhan auditioned for the role and secured it based on his talent. Sai Rajesh will direct the film, produced by Madhu Mantena in collaboration with Allu Aravind and SKN Films,” revealed a source close to the project. Sai Rajesh and the producers are also focused on creating an original and soulful music album for the love story. They recognise the pivotal role that music plays in making a romantic film successful.
